These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tq666 ("the Platform"). They govern your registration, access to and use of all services offered through the tq666 website and its mobile-optimised interface. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms stated at the time of offer. Where these general Terms conflict with specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus only.

The following general conditions apply to all tq666 bonuses unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any tq666 intellectual property without prior written consent.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or in any way exploit any content on the tq666 platform without prior written consent from tq666. Any unauthorised use of tq666 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

tq666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached, or tq666 has reasonable grounds to suspect you have breached, any provision of these Terms;
• tq666 is required to do so to comply with a court order, regulatory directive, law enforcement request or other applicable legal obligation;
• You have requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming settings in your tq666 account.

Upon termination, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. tq666 is under no obligation to return bonus funds that have not been fully wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms at the time of account closure.

tq666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on the tq666 website. Where tq666 considers an amendment to be material, it will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Material amendments will take effect no earlier than fourteen (14) days after notification, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.
